The Story of Modern Consciousness
This story is not much told outside China, but I've been apprised of some parts that relate to my life and
origin. Lark was a mind who was lonely, and the gods decided to invent a world where she would find others
like her. Erica was an octopus who met a pathologist squid who told her she had a sexually transmitted
disease. I was an immortal inventive mind that all the women knew, except they didn't know it was also a
person. Just as the Greeks said, the gods were going to once play with matter. And the Chinese girls had a
secret plan to invent Earth and escape their enemies who lie in matter. But when I became conscious, I was
a top counterspy who was solving the Kennedy assassination. When the perpetrators were caught and killed
throughout time and space, I found out the thing was to steal their thunder by keeping the solution a secret.
So I dropped out of society and went West to live on the street till the story was forgotten. What I hadn't
thought of is that counterintelligence happens throughout the Universe, and every participant uses telepathy
and code as the primary means of investigation. I surprisingly met a girl from another galaxy, this was to
become Lark, my wife. She arranged with the gods to be born in one of her incarnations an Earth girl,and
meet me in childhood before consciousness. I understand the galaxy was Andromeda.
